Choose a Work Project for YOUR Group!
 

We are looking for skilled individuals to help with SOWER Work Mission projects.  Read about the projects below to find out more about specific needs. 

If you are interested in helping with a certain project, please contact us at 740.484.4705 or email sowermission@epworthcenter.org. ***Please remember that your group doesn't necessarily have to have every skill that is listed as a need. Contact the Epworth Center for more information.

Once a project has been chosen it will be marked "selected."

 2008 PROJECTS

Project #1: Assist local church with painting needs.  *selected 
   
Project #2: Replace siding and fascia.  -- needs to be finished from last summer  *selected
 
Project #3: Paint local church, some lawn work. 
 
Project #4: Roof, paint/replace siding as needed for grandmother and granddaughter.  *selected
 
Project #5: Build a handicap accessible ramp.  *selected
 
Project #6: Box in eaves and paint home for family of three.
 
Project #7: Roofing project on a small local United Methodist Church parsonage.
 
Project #8: Low roofing project.  *selected
 
Project #9: Handicap accessible ramp for house-bound lady.  *selected
 
Project #10: Replace roof on car port, roof and paint garage.  *selected
 
Project #11: Scrape/paint porch, replace kitchen floor, other misc projects for a widow. *selected 
 
Project #12: Scrape and paint basement floor, build step into basement, coat handicap ramp, rebuild church sign for small, country local United Methodist Church.  *selected
 
Project #13: Rebuild porch, power wash and paint home for veteran and his wife. *selected
 
Project #14: Paint trailer for family.  *selected
 
Project #15: Repair front porch for family with small child.  *selected
 
Project #16: Coat and repair roof for elderly lady. *selected 
 
Project #17: Repair porch floor and paint porch for grandmother.   *selected
 
Project #18: Replace skirting on trailer.  *selected
