Payment Schedule

        We are mailing our $500 non-refundable deposit in the next 5  business days.

        Cost per person: $250 x Number of campers: = TOTAL: $

        Payment schedule is as follows:
                $500 non-refundable deposit due for registration
                Materials fee: $1500 (group size of up to 15) + $80 / each additional person

                Registration fees and payments are non-refundable.  Unless other arrangements are made with the director,
                     material fees go into a General Material Fund and are used on an as needed basis,  as some projects are more
                     costly than others.  Any material fee monies remaining at the end of SOWER are used for improvements at the
                     Epworth Center.

        We understand the above payment schedule.

        We have read and understand the contents of the 2008 SOWER Packet, including the payment
              and paperwork schedule.
