Prior approval by director must
be received to use kitchen, and does not include dishwasher. A
minimum of 10 persons is required for Epworth Center to prepare
meals. You must give us a final count two weeks prior to event.
A non-refundable $200
deposit is required to secure your dates on the Epworth Center
calendar. Remainder of payment must be received no later than five
business days prior to event, or can be paid upon reservation.
Please Note: There
will be a $20/hour fee for cleaning services for facilities
requiring additional attention from use or beyond normal ‘wear and
tear’ as decided upon by director. Groups will be charged for
damages to facilities and equipment based on actual cost or repair
or replacement.
