Project #10: Tear off porch and
room, remove
siding and reside kitchen
Ron and Nancy need a
24 x 20 room and porch removed. They also need their kitchen
resided. They need a window replaced. Repairs include repairing of 5
x 10 floor joist, ceiling, both outer walls, and inner wall
reframed. They are an elderly
couple who were taken advantage of by a "contractor" who took their
money and left their home unfinished and in an unsatisfactory
condition. Ron is handicapped.
