The Epworth Center is home to many outreach ministries. Its primary focus is the SOWER Work Mission program.  The Epworth Center is located in the scenic hills of Southeastern Ohio, near St. Clairsville, Ohio and Wheeling, West Virginia. SOWERS come as servants to make building repairs for individuals, families, churches and non-profit organizations who cannot afford them.  The Epworth Center is affiliated with The United Methodist Church; however, SOWER has an ecumenical focus, welcoming groups from different denominations.
